Paul Lichter founded the Elvis Unique Record Club in 1970 one of the largest mail order businesses in the world and the only such organization ever licensed by the Estate Of Elvis Presley. Paul has written 16 best selling books from 1975's Elvis In Hollywood to Millennium Elvis in 2000 and they have sold millions of copies making him the most read Elvis author in history. Paul was a longtime friend of Elvis' and was there at over 800 of Elvis' legendary performances. His books have been in the personal libraries of two Presidents of the United States and their success is just one of the factors which led to Paul being made an honorary citizen of Tennessee in 1984 on behalf of his efforts concerning Tennessee's favorite son, his friend, Elvis Aron Presley.
